We offer worldwide shipping, please add the item to your basket for an estimate. We offer free shipping within the UK contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need further assistance.
Orders are shipped with Royal Mail, either the same day or next day after purchase. Our business days are Monday to Friday. Royal Mail gives an average of 2-5 days for post to arrive on the UK mainland. You can add next day guarantee at the check out if you need your order quickly.
You should receive a dispatch email with tracking, if you have not received it simply get in touch and we will help you out.
Any product(s)* may be returned to us unused within 30 days for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee.
* Unless faulty we cannot accept returns for derma rollers due to hygiene reasons and to ensure safety of our customers and colleagues.

You as the buyer pay return postage. A refund will only be processed when we have received the return and it has been checked and processed by the returns department .We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged
We charge a 10% restocking fee to cover for all change of mind returns.
If you’ve asked for a refund we will credit the method of payment on the order. Please allow up to 14 days for this credit to appear on your account
For any faulty goods please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com and we can help arrange a return (item dependant) for repair or replacement. If you do have faulty goods we will do our absolute best to get the replacement sent out quickly once we have assessed the issue.
